For a full zip closure. When a force is applied to the zipper sheet and the zipper button part below it, the tension resistance of the zipper button can be measured. In addition to the 90° measurement method shown in the figure on the right, another method is the 45° measurement method.
Fix the bottom end of the zipper, pull the pull button to the top of the zipper, and measure the amount of tension resistance by applying force to the pull button on the top stop of the zipper.
The lower end opening part of the zipper is fixed to the tensile tester (only the lower end opening part as shown in the figure), so that the first zipper tooth at the lower end of the zipper is on a horizontal line with the edge of the clamp, so that its resistance can be measured tension.

During producing.zippers will appear natural tolerance.Base on the size of the zippers,the tolerance will be difference caused by the speeds of machinecooperation condition of craft work and tensility of the tape.
