Key Characteristics
Core fire-safe properties: non-combustible, non-melting, heat-shrinkage free, thermal-cracking resistant, and zero melt-drip.
Heat & flame performance: Long-term usable at ≤260°C, hard to ignite in open flame, and self-extinguishing post-flame removal; paired with excellent thermal insulation and heat resistance.
Chemical resilience: Superior corrosion resistance against various acid and alkali solvents, ideal for harsh corrosive working conditions.
Flame retardancy & insulation: Low thermal conductivity for great heat-blocking effects; high flame retardancy with LOI ≥28%.
Thermal stability: No softening, no shrinkage, no melt-drip— a quasi-non-combustible product. Also offers good resistance to chemicals and radiation.
Yarn count range: 4S–60S, fully customizable to fit your requirements.
