  • Core Features 🔥

Inherent Flame Resistance: Aramid 1414 fibers do not support combustion, melt, or drip when exposed to fire. They can operate continuously at temperatures up to 204°C (400°F) and will not decompose until approximately 560°C (1,040°F). The limiting oxygen index (LOI) is more than 28.

Exceptional Strength: The strength-to-weight ratio of aramid 1414 is one of its primary features, offering 5-6 times the tensile strength of high-quality steel wire.

Low Elongation: It has an extremely low elongation at break (typically 2.8% - 3.5%), which means the rope maintains its stability under heavy load and does not stretch or deform easily.

Durability: The material is highly resistant to abrasion, cutting, and most chemicals (except for chlorine).

Lightweight: The rope is very light, approximately 1/5 the weight of a steel wire rope of equivalent strength.

    Typical Applications 🚒

Aerospace & Defense: Used for spacecraft landing parachute ropes, aircraft mooring lines, and in the manufacturing of bulletproof equipment.

Industrial & Marine: Applied in deep-sea mooring lines, crane slings, and as a durable alternative to steel cables in demanding marine environments.

Safety & Rescue Operations: Utilized as fire escape ropes, lifelines, and high-voltage power maintenance safety ropes due to its non-conductive and fire-resistant nature.

High-Temperature Material Handling: Used in specific machinery like glass tempering furnaces for high-temperature handling.
